Marco S. Maffei, born in 1977, studied Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG), specializing in Leadership, Change Management, HR Management, Public Management, and Business Ethics. He completed a postgraduate program in Military Science at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich (ETH), specializing in Security Policy, International Organizations, Strategy, Tactics, Didactics, and Communication. He then deepened his leadership skills for seven years as a commander, coach, and trainer at the Special Operations Forces of the Swiss Armed Forces. Nowadays, he does military service as a management trainer in the rank of a colonel. Since 2012, he has been an entrepreneur, executive consultant, and project leader, specializing in the development of trust-based leadership, collaboration and communication in organizations.
