Entrepreneurial experience since 2012, combined with extensive work as a project manager, executive coach, and management trainer across financial services, education, industry, healthcare, public administration, and the military. This includes facilitating Crisis Management Simulations for the IMD Executive MBA, hosted by the Swiss Armed Forces (rank: Colonel), as well as leading complex transformation, change, and innovation projects.

Crisis management experience as Head of Operational Communications during "CORONA 20" at the Joint Operations Command of the Swiss Armed Forces, including building an issues management capability with an agile ad hoc team and subsequently transitioning it into the permanent organization.
