Elia Itin
Born in 1978, Elia has always been driven by a desire to uncover the true causes and connections behind events. Even as a child, he was rarely satisfied with the first answer he received. This inner drive is also reflected in his efforts to understand opposing viewpoints and the actions of others.
His curiosity led him to study history, political science, and English linguistics. For him, words and communication are powerful tools that should be used with care and goodwill. During his study stays in Afghanistan and his deployment as a UN peacekeeper in the Middle East, he learned that it is not only the right words that matter, but also the right timing.
For over ten years, he has applied his analytical skills within the Swiss Armed Forces, developing solutions for decision-makers and training others in the analysis of courses of action.
