Did you ever wonder how it is we imagine the world in the way we do, how it is we imagine ourselves, if not through our stories. (Thomas King)

Hanne currently works as a teaching research specialist, particularly in the context of teaching innovation projects, and as a teaching consultant at a university. After completing her doctorate (at the interface of English Languages and Literatures/Cultural Studies) and several years of research experience in London (U.K.) and Crete, she spent more than six years teaching and researching as a postdoc at the University of Bonn, Germany, with further training in Higher Education Studies. Beneath the surface of this bio-sketch are currents that reinforce each other, such as a deep enthusiasm for the transformative power of teaching, learning and narration – and many years of experience with it.
